Gen Z And Drug Use

Generation Z has quickly become the generation with the highest rates of drug usage and access to drugs in history. From early experimentation to full-blown substance abuse, there is no denying the devastating impact of drugs on this generation.

The illegal use of drugs has long been a problem in the United States, but it seems to be more prevalent among Gen Zers than in previous generations. Teens and young adults in this age group are more likely to engage in risky behaviors like using drugs, which can have profound and long-lasting consequences.

There are numerous physical and mental health issues associated with drug abuse in this age group. The economic effects of drug use also can’t be overlooked. The costs associated with substance misuse are immense.
