Moreover, Gen-Zers are excellent communicators and collaborators, having grown up with social media and technology. iGen can work with others in virtual environments with ease. They’re also creative problem-solvers, thinking critically and coming up with solutions to complex challenges.
Overall, Gen-Zers are highly adaptive, independent thinkers with a strong respect for diversity and excellent communication and collaboration skills. As businesses and organizations begin to hire younger members of this generation, they can expect a dedicated, creative, and diverse workforce.
